PROGRAM BACKGROUND

What SEWP VI is

NASA SEWP — the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement, pronounced "soup" — provides Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) products and services to every federal agency and its approved contractors. Established in 1993 as the first Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), SEWP has grown over three decades into one of the federal government's principal acquisition vehicles, processing more than 50,000 delivery orders a year while remaining entirely self-funded through a 0.34% contract access fee assessed on each order — there is no cost to place an order through SEWP.

SEWP VI was awarded in June 2026 across three scope categories, with a ten-year ordering period running from November 2026 through November 2036. ATechGov, LLC was named a contract holder under both Category B and Category C, giving federal customers a single, fair-opportunity path to enterprise-wide and mission-specific ITC/AV services from one contract vehicle.

Scope Of Award

ATechGov's two SEWP VI categories

ATechGov is authorized to accept orders under both service categories below. Send a requirement description or bill of materials to help@sewp.nasa.gov if you're unsure which category — or contract vehicle — fits your need.

How To Order

Placing a delivery order

Each agency's internal purchase-request process differs; the SEWP Program Management Office (PMO) does not issue Delivery Orders itself — it reviews, tracks, and routes them to the contract holder.

01

Define the requirement

The requesting end user identifies the need and prepares a Purchase Request (PR), optionally with a bill of materials or statement of work.

02

Route through agency procurement

The PR, with any required funding documentation, goes to the issuing agency's contracting office. Any valid federal agency Delivery Order (DO) form and DO number may be used — SEWP does not prescribe its own form.

03

Solicit ATechGov via the QRT (recommended)

Use the SEWP Quote Request Tool to solicit ATechGov and other Category B/C holders, or contact ATechGov's SEWP sales team directly (see Request a Quote below) for pricing and technical response.

04

Contracting Officer issues the DO

The CO documents fair-opportunity rationale and price reasonableness, then issues the DO to ATechGov. The SEWP PMO reviews, processes, and forwards issued orders to ATechGov.

05

Modifications route the same way

Any modification to an existing order must also be routed through the SEWP Program Management Office, consistent with the issuing agency's own internal policies.
